Promoting the future: Comprehensive vehicle inspection system will be implemented in the European and American logistics industry

Together with one of the largest freight logistics companies in the United States, we are driving an initiative that will revolutionise the way vehicles are inspected around the world—delivering automated inspections to truck fleets.

This comprehensive inspection system consists of three independent systems that conduct vehicle exterior body, tire, and chassis testing, respectively. The vehicle only needs to pass through the arch to complete the testing and obtain the testing results at the same time.

We have deployed inspection system in this company's fleet of 100,000 trucks and more than 1,000 operating outlets. Every day, the returned vehicles need to pass through the comprehensive arch for inspection, which takes only 1 minute for each vehicle. Previously, this work had to be done manually, and it took an average of 10 minutes to inspect one vehicle.

Automatic vehicle detection has entered the truck logistics industry and will completely change the daily management of vehicles in operating companies in the United States and Canada. At the same time, it will help them improve the safety standards of fleet maintenance.
