Built-in CRM or a link to your own CRM? Elscope Vision's CRM, fleet and API support, and how a fleet turns it into an integration scope.
Fleets ask for CRM support in two forms: customer-record management inside the inspection software, and a connection to the CRM or fleet platform they already run. The two can run side by side. Which one a fleet relies on decides where tire history lives and which system sends reminders. Elscope Vision offers both kinds of support. The passenger-car tire sidewall scanner page on elscopevision.com lists fleets management among its application scenarios, next to tire service centers and car dealerships, and states APIs for data integration and custom development. A fleet can therefore keep fleet tire inspection records in the inspection software and connect them to its own systems through the API. Sidewall reports carry tire size, brand and age, AI-identified sidewall defects such as bulges, suggestions for tire replacement or alignment, and 4K tire images. The page's tire and wheel solution adds tread depth, uneven wear and wheel damage from the same drive-through. The TOTA Pro underbody scanner page states APIs for data integration and custom development, and the LUBAN PRO tire tread scanner page on en.smartautoscan.com states support for API docking. Customer-record management is built into the inspection software. LUBAN PRO is Elscope Vision's tread depth scanner for passenger cars, and its product page on elscopevision.com has a Customer Relationship Management section that records and stores customer tire inspection data for reference and tracking, assesses tire lifespan and current condition, and offers reminders for maintenance, repairs or tire replacement based on the recorded data. The same page states that APIs provide data integration and enable custom software development. Linking a CRM the business already runs is a separate piece of work. The API gives the route, and the integration project decides which records cross it and how the named target system receives them. Elscope Vision positions its software platform as built with high API openness for the Dealer Management Systems and CRM tools used in different countries, in a brand press release distributed through IssueWire in January 2026. Illustrative example: a fleet of passenger cars without its own CRM keeps tire history in the LUBAN PRO CRM, whose reminders prompt the workshop when a tire is due for maintenance or replacement. A second fleet brings the tire records it needs into its existing maintenance platform through the API, and agrees with the implementation team that reminders and work orders come from that platform. Pairing a drive-over tread depth scanner with a sidewall scanner brings tread measurements and sidewall findings into a fleet tire inspection. Elscope Vision's 2024 fleet tire solution presented this pairing with an independent console, a CRM system and integration through API. The same note frames the combination around tire life cycle management and asset management for fleets. Fleet teams can use these planning steps with Elscope Vision and their own system owners: 1. Choose the system of record for tire history. Pick the inspection software's own records, the fleet's platform, or both; where both hold records, name one owner for each record type. The built-in CRM described above sits on the passenger-car LUBAN PRO, so fleets running heavier vehicles settle this choice with the team for the modules they actually install. 2. List the tire data the fleet needs moved. Tire identity covers brand, model, size and DOT date code or age. Inspection results cover sidewall and wheel defects such as bulges, tread depth, uneven wear and replacement or alignment suggestions, plus the 4K sidewall images where the fleet wants visual evidence. Tread depth comes from the tread scanner, so a record that combines tread and sidewall results needs both modules in scope. Each record also needs the fleet unit number or VIN and the wheel position of each reading, so the platform can file it against the right tire. 3. Give reminders to one system. Where both the inspection software and the fleet platform can prompt for maintenance or tire replacement, decide which one sends them and who receives them, so the workshop is not working from two sets of prompts. 4. Name the target platform and its owner. Record the CRM or fleet platform by product and version, and the team responsible for its side of the connection, including the person who signs off changes to the record layout. 5. Agree the acceptance demonstration. A tire record from a test vehicle should arrive in the target platform with the fields the project defined, attached to the right vehicle and wheel position. The workshop lead who acts on tire alerts and the platform owner both review that record during the demonstration. Fleets setting the alert rules that sit on top of these records can draw on a guide to fleet tire health scores and alert thresholds. Send the Elscope Vision team the name and version of your CRM or fleet platform along with a sample of the tire record your workshop uses today, so the integration scope is drawn up around the data your staff already rely on.What Current Product Pages Say About API Access
